KÖLN 75 tells the rousing true story of rebellious 18-year-old Vera Brandes, who passionately risks everything to make her dream come true: against her parents’ will, she rents the Cologne Opera House at her own risk to bring jazz pianist Keith Jarrett to the city for a concert. What begins as an improvised hour at the piano — hanging by a thread until the very last moment — would go down in history as “The Köln Concert.”
